The villa was built during the second world war as a home for a large family whose primal occupation was farming and was later restored in 2020/2021 preserving its identity, the original layout and natural materials from which it was built in the first place.

Villa Vitassi is located in the suburban area of the city of Pula, surrounded by nature, with the city on it's palm. With a distance of just 7 km from the airport, 7 km from the nearest beach and 5 km from the city center, it's the perfect location for those who want to enjoy the countryside and the urban vicinity at the same time.
Villa Vitassi spreads out over three floors with the living room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first and second floor from which you can
